Our Mission
Our mission is to improve the health, mobility, and quality of life of every patient we serve through exceptional, evidence-based physical therapy delivered with compassion, integrity, and personalized care. We are dedicated to helping individuals of all ages recover from injury, restore function, and return to the activities, work, and lifestyle they enjoy.
Whether recovering from surgery, overcoming a sports or soft tissue injury, improving balance, rebuilding strength after illness or deconditioning, or preparing to safely return to work, we partner with each patient to achieve meaningful, lasting results. We are committed to creating a welcoming environment where every patient receives individualized treatment, expert guidance, and the encouragement needed to reach their highest level of function.
your care team
With more than 24 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, I am passionate about helping patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and return to the activities that matter most to them. My approach combines evidence-based treatment with individualized care, recognizing that every patient has unique goals, challenges, and strengths.
I earned my bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University before pursuing a Master of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. To further expand my knowledge and clinical expertise, I completed my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences.
Throughout my career, I have treated patients with a wide variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, helping individuals recover from injuries, surgery, chronic pain, and movement limitations. I believe that successful rehabilitation begins with listening carefully, educating patients about their condition, and developing personalized treatment plans that empower them to take an active role in their recovery.
My goal is to provide compassionate, high-quality care in a supportive environment where patients feel heard, encouraged, and confident throughout their rehabilitation journey. Nothing is more rewarding than seeing patients regain their independence and return to the activities they enjoy.
When I’m not in the clinic, I enjoy spending time with family, staying active, attending sporting events, and continuing to learn about the latest advances in physical therapy to provide the best possible care for my patients.
